Shrimp with Zucchini Carpaccio

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the olive oil and lemon juice, season to taste, then toss with the greens.
  2. Plate the greens in a bowl, place the rolled zucchini around the edges of the bowl with the mozzarella pearls inside the cones, dress with the glaze, plate the shrimp on the greens.
  3. Serve chilled.
